When calligraphy meets design and when classic meets modernity, would it render into a perfect combination or a paradoxic contradiction? Drawing on the the three Chinese characters "chang"(畅）, "you"（幽） and “ting”（亭）from the verse Orchid Pavilion written by Chinese ancient calligrapher Wang Xizhi, this logo answers the aforementioned question by integrating them into a logo. “Though there is no spectacular occasion to celebrate, merely one simple song and a cup of wine is enough to share our feelings(the meaning of the whole quoted verse line),” this online content platform “Changyou Pavillion” anticipates to precipitate the spirit of classic, which is slow but deep.
